The focus of each class is on how well your child moves, not how much or how fast. Every class is loaded with age-appropriate excitement coupled with learning the basic functional movements. We want to see your kids grow in strength and skill as well as in confidence and character, and above all have fun!
Our CrossFit KIDS classes run in 6 & 7 week sessions. Children are grouped based on age (5-6, 7-9 and 10-12).

CrossFit Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad–Inclusive–General fun. Fun means we provide an active alternative to sedentary pursuits leading to less childhood obesity and all-around better health for our children. This program offers scalable workouts and skills for any age or experience level and accounts for the varied maturation status one can find in a class full of kids.
Your child will learn and practice functional movements and complete workouts designed to increase fitness, foster teamwork, and instill confidence! They will run, jump, push, pull, lift, climb, and throw.
CrossFit KIDS is a great way to improve strength and conditioning for sport or fitness, stay active during the off-season, and learn healthy lifestyle practices that will last a lifetime!
We do include some basic nutrition and healthy habit knowledge during our classes. If you or your family have any specific concerns or practices that we should be aware of, please let us know.
